In Aion, the MMORPG with wings and some pew pew, it’s possible to change your characters’ appearance even after its creation. However, not yet. Although the NPCs that change your appearance are ingame and you can even access this service, it’s not possible to confirm changes, since a Plastic Surgery Ticket is required. Right now, there’s no way to obtain this item. (Unless a corrupt GM is a friend of your. I hope not. :p )

What can be changed?

I apologize to disappoint you, but there’s no e-peen expansion included in this wonderful service. It’s so nyerking unfair! Female characters can extend their boobs ad infinitum, but we male must live with our little bells between our legs. Do we even have some? I really can’t tell. I tried zooming in and out but couldn’t see anything. BUT! I can 100% confirm that male Elyos have no male genitals between their legs. This is a fact, everyone knows this, no proof is necessary. AmIRite?

However, you can fully re-customize your character. Same options when you created your character are available.

• The NPC that changes your appearance for you, heroic Asmodians, is located in Pandaemonium, the most awesome capital city in a MMORPG, EVER (btw). The plastic surgeon is residing pretty much north in Angelic Frippery along the Prosperity Road. NYERK! Angelic what?! Are we nyerking carebears? NO! There must be an Elyos saboteur among us that named this building like this. We must find and burn him, burn him ALIVE!

• I actually didn’t want to help Elyos out, but “Be close to your friends, be even closer to your enemies.” or something like this. … Sorry to disappoint you, but I couldn’t find any informations where the plastic surgeon may located in the Elyosia or however it’s called. I even used my uber-google search skills, but there is nothing. Really. Trust me. Reroll Asmodian. Mkay?

Tickets? When? How much?

NCSoft said that tickets will be available for purchase sometimes in the future. No dates were stated, so let’s stop with a soon™. But you sure know how much they will cost! No, I have no clue nor we don’t know if such tickets must be purchased with real money or ingame currency, Kinah. I personally highly believe that this will be done with real money. It would then work like this:

1. Buy a “Aion Plastic Surgery Serial Key”, just like the GameTime cards.
2. Enter the serial code into your NCSoft account
3. Send this ticket through the NCSoft account management to one of your characters

This one sounds more realistic rather than buying the tickets with Kinah, huh?
