… remove the nyerkin’ 30 min private store limit!

Remember when there were huge queues that took several hours? They’re gone already, but I think NCSoft forgot something.

To fight the queues, they’ve set a 30 minutes limit to the player private stores. That means, 30 minutes after you set up a private stores, you will be disconnected from the server. This is no good. It’s nothing but annoying to come back every 30 minutes just to keep your store running to sell some shit. Selling at night is also not possible, who the hell would wake up every 30 minutes? :O

This was a half-assed fix anyway

Once they set the limit, many other easy ways were found to avoid auto-disconnections. Well, maybe this really reduced the queues by few %, but ruined the private store feature. And now after weeks of no queues, they still haven’t set it back. Lame.

“I” private store > auction house

I really like setting up a private store in a city to sell my stuff. It’s more lively like this rather than staying at the broker and selling/buying your stuff magically. I agree, the auction house may be very useful, especially for people with less free time. Also no taxes must be paid for setting up a private store.

Now give us back our beloved private stores

Don’t let us ruin our experience even more. NCSoft managed to apply these changes pretty fast, so I’m sure it wouldn’t take long to change all this back. Go NCSoft, go!
