To contribute to the fight against the stupidity, I’ll from now on post 10 important Aion tips/theories every week. Most likely every Friday. (if you have some good suggestions for the next week, send them to: jasdemi.krontan[at]gmail.com
#1. Increase your cube (inventory) as soon as possible
- I highly recommend you to upgrade your cubes at least 2 times. It will only cost you ~13k Kinah, but will increase your inventory space by 18 slots. You won’t have to run back to a vendor to get rid of your stuff that often and save much time like this. Time = Kinah. Asmodians can expand their cubes in the Temple of Gold of Pandemonium. Elyos can do it in Sanctum.
#2. Don’t waste your Divine Power(DP) on mobs
- Save your DP for PvP fights. This will give you a great advantage when you really need it.
#3. Don’t buy equipment from NPC vendors at low levels
- It’s a waste of Kinah, since you will level up so fast and get even better equip from quests than the vendors can offer. If you still want to buy some new equip, check the Trade Broker or player private stores.
#4. Buy and use the NYERKING Power Shards!
- Using Power Shards => higher DPS => faster killing = more XP = more Kinah
- If you recently started, use the minor ones, since they’re pretty cheap. Once your income is higher, move to the better one.
- To use, first equip them by double-clicking and press “B“
#5. Longer Gliding
- Ever wondered how some players manage to glide for so long? It’s simple. While gliding, hold the “S” key. (to glide, press Spacebar in mid-air)
#6. Super-fast looting
- Use the “Pick Up Item” skill to loot mobs. It will automatically open the corpse and drag all items into your cube, within milliseconds!
- Best way is to keybind it to a easy accessible key. I’m personally using my “C” key to loot mobs.
#7. Thow away low-level manastones
- Not needed low-level manastones are just a waste of space. Selling this junk at the broker / private store is also a waste of time. The vendor only pays you 2 Kinah for each.
- The only use for manastones below your level is to give them to an Alchemist friend. Two manastones of level 20 + catalyst = 1 level 30 manastone of the same type with a chance of critting for a gold manastone of level 30. (by @shava24)
#8. Gather, Gather, Gather
- Kinah is lying all over the ground. Why don’t you take it? Don’t be lazy and extract/gather this stuff.
#9. Buy and use potions!
- Don’t be greedy and buy some potions. You will regret it not having some once you die and dying is no good.
#10. Change server channels
- If you’re currently on a overcrowded channel and having a hard time questing/farming, change to another one. To do so go to Menu > Support > Change Channels

Good stuff as usual.
When I found out about extended gliding in beta, it really made those downhill trips a lot quicker… too bad it doesn't work uphill :(
Oh and you might want to do something about the spelling error in that picture :)

Oh damn, you're right. Will be fixed right away! :D
Thanks for telling.
Yeah, glinding downhill rocks. I myself only found it out recently.
