back to top@jasdemi I didn't know Reddit was still a thing. Anyhoo, centralised networks, in general, can't grow their numbers anymore. They can't sell their user's data anymore, either. It's illegal these days. But their rich owners still have to eat, you know, caviar and whatnot, so they're pivoting towards subscription-based services.
With Mastodon and Bluesky, however, I hope people will have the common sense to pick other virtual venues.
